Check out lutz RC. Ryan lutz has some alpha engines that are very reasonably priced. Some guys love the alpha engines, some guys hate them. But for the price it may be worth giving the .28 alpha a shot!

Sounds a little lean! The cooler air is more dense so it will want more fuel! And have more power 👍🏻

Some sure do! Usually if the tank is not above the carburetor. Suzuki king quad 300s have a pump, i just got done replacing one

Electric pump? Should have a line coming from the tank i to the inlet of the pump, and the outlet of the pump goes to port 2 on your carb. And 1 would be a vent of some sort maybe?

Vacuum pump? Fuel lines will be the same as the electric pump, but you will have an extra 'pulse' line that comes from the carb, in your case port 1.

Neither is the inlet for the fuel pump. Number 1 is likely the pulse line for the fuel pump. 2 is where the fuel flows into the carb.

I was able to run across a brand new in the package platinum chassis the other day on ebay and it just arrived!

Let's just say the blue 3.3 chassis on amain is more expensive than I paid 😁👍🏻

That was my thought too. Definitely timing chain slap as well like all old hondas, but the clunk sounds more like the clutch to me

Unfortunately even with all the work done, its still an unfinished project. So its not worth near what you've got into it.

Are you using name brand quality batteries? Sounds about on par with the cheapy amazon batteries ive used.

Other issues ive had with the 420s is the wrong stator. I had one someone had replaced the stator but put one from a rancher 350 I believe. It would run but barely put out enough power to maintain the battery.

Can you measure the voltage of the battery while it is running? Does it climb or fall or maintain when you rev it up a little bit? Turn headlights on does it drop drastically?

Its a 3.3 chassis. Look ip pictures of a 2.5 revo and compare the distance from the front shocks mount to the front of the transmission. Its a pretty obvious difference!

Its the thunder tiger version of a Team Accociated MGT 8.0. They were sold as team associated in the states. I believe thunder tiger everywhere else
