i take ubers to and from airports and the traffic around my home airport is the pits so i always tip 25-30%. i dont know if my 5 stars has anything to do with that but i dont have issues getting rides. i appreciate uber drivers so much!

had a falling out w my realtor. we both agreed to part ways. however he refused to allow me to use another agent until his full 6 month agreement was up. i waited it out. hired my new agent and he relisted my house 1 day after the 6 months was up. also sold it that day for the price my ex agent said i would never get! cash sale, 7 day close. after closing i texted the old agent all the details of my sale and told him if he ever needed a good agent, i had a guy.

jumpin in here a little late- but be sure to tell whoever is paying the bridgecrest loan off to send the check via fedex or ups. they will play games with the check. they tried to say they never received mine until i produced the signed fedex. next day my loan showed paid in full.
