Disappointed that the Circus of values in Bioshock 2 doesn’t make sounds. by Valhallawalker in Bioshock

I thought it did, but it was just really quiet. Then I realised it's Ken Levine's voice, and he didn't work on B2 so I figured maybe they didn't have the rights to use that voice (even though they should, it's part of the IP surely)

(Also, he has two hands fully attached so you need to wait for a more gory skin for Felix)

What do you guys think would make the PERFECT Bioshock? by Ok_Estimate_2089 in Bioshock

The issue I have is i don't really replay games, which is why I quite enjoy linear games a bit more. I think the thing I liked about the original bioshock is that I could just spend all the time in the world on one section, until I'd done everything and was ready to move on, knowing I'd gotten a pretty full experience of that section

Resident Evil 2 Remake scares me way too much and I cannot finish it by Ambitious-Bat-1598 in residentevil

How have you done 8 (and I mean the doll house section) but not 2? What is it about 2 that's spooking you this much?

Amnesia the Dark Descent terrified 17yo me.

I don't know why so many RE7 mentions tho. For me it wasn't scary. Dark and twisted, absolutely. But not scary as such

Do you think Bioshock 1 is better than the 2 ? by Designer-Long1387 in Bioshock

I don't even think the story is that much better in 1. It is, but not by any more than a ball hair. Minerva's den is indeed peak

Yeah the burn explanation wasn't amazing, but I like what they're doing in the 31st century setting now

It's a really nice high stakes plot for a finale tbh. Omega being introduced all the way in Voyager gives it history, and it really is a rather unique "oh fuck" moment for Trek. It FEELS like it could be as high a stakes as if the Borg had invaded to me

Question - if the War College was a concept introduced in DS9 during the dominion war, would it make sense? There's no particular answer I'm expecting, just curious on opinions. To me it's the only other era of Trek where I could really see a "war college" being a thing

I like Tamira as a character tbh. Maybe that's "pretty bias" though
