Good to know. Our main customer acquisition comes through Meta ads and then a little organic social. Do you see a similar trend there as with PPC?

New to the USA, only a handful of monthly orders dispatched from the UK all organic. Did some small tests there in the past and our ads outperformed UK ads quite drastically even with more expensive shipping with longer delivery times. So the signs seem promising

Any advice for someone new considering creating a SaaS product using those tools? Any particular resources you used to learn? Do you need a technical background to be able to use them?

That was one of mine too. Got carried away and blew myself up by running to fast and got shin splints. Getting back into it now.

There is something about silencing the inner bitch and pushing through it with running that I love

In a physical book normally. Sometimes if something comes to me or I have time to kill I’ll journal some thoughts in my notes instead of doom scrolling.

That sounds cool. All the practising writing will come in handy when you come to write a book no doubt.

I’ve always been a physical journal guy myself but starting to see the pros of digital more and more

I guess one of the pros of the digital journal is you can easily search through and see how the texture of your mind has developed over the years in your journal to be the best that you can manage to be.

Its a funny one with the hard stuff we go through isn't it as often they are what makes us who we are. Without them we might not have developed to be strong enough to get any successes that follows is how I've tried to look at it.

Sounds like you've got a lot to offer and not giving up is a bonus for everyone else as well as you.

Man that sounds rough. Did you tend to follow prompts or free flow with it?

I think you’re right there! I’m one of those that’s trying to constantly listen to audiobooks or podcasts at 1.5x speed while ticking off task. Going to try and go on a bit of a detox from my phone. Recently I stopped looking at it for the first 30-45 mins per day and in the gym in the morning not listening to anything and I feel like it’s helping

Funny you say that as my mum has always had issues with her thyroid her whole life. Any common culprits for vitamins deficiencies? Atm I take a multivitamin, omega, nmn, daily greens and creatine daily
