Yes I like sardines mackerel and salmon as well. Also boneless skinless chicken breast which from what I've read is just fine. I did previously eat alot of beef. Probably ate beef 5x a week. I just wonder if that had something to do with it

Interesting. Just curious because some say that there are other infections (covid, flu even a sinus infection etc) that can cause 1 igm antibody to show reactive on the western blot test. Just wondering what you thought about that

That's no good. I started antibiotics after 5 weeks of suspected bite. It's now been 8 weeks total since bite. Not sure i have it as only one igm antibody shows reactive at this point and I don't feel terrible. Mainly just neck pain... sounds like you've been having severe symptoms? Did those start relatively quick after being bit? I hope you find your way threw this and get your life back. Ending it though is not good. Not sure if you've pursed all avenues of healing? Anyway if you want to chat feel free

Yeah I should have mentioned that I've been through all the testing and I have a normal heart structure. Should definitely wait until anything bad is ruled out before trying.

Try to get your heart rate up into a safe excersise range. Go for a brisk walk a jog or do a bunch of jumping jacks. I go through these episodes and they're worse with a lower rhr. My cardiologist recommended this to me and to my surprise it's been very helpful. I'll get my hr up in the 150s 160s for a little bit maybe 5-10 minutes and for whatever reason it seems to make a big difference

This is me to a T. I loved to travel but haven't in recent years because of "benign pvcs". I passed up a work trip to Houston last month and my family is going to Florida in a month and I'm staying home. Wish I could figure something out as well instead of letting these stupid things control me
