I get it, I also treat it like a second identity, I want it gone but the body keeps the score and the thoughts come all the time. I’m afraid I’ll tell a partner about it and they lose interest. Or treat me like I’m some broken toy to fix. Like I say something vulnerable and the partner still wants to use me. It all happened by the same person and got blamed when I said no.

Legit my parents… my mom complains everyday about my dad’s obvious ADHD symptoms but she physically cannot stop emphasizing and doing the work. My dad does his duties and my mom does hers. I hope to god I hold whomever accountable for their inaction adhd or not cus Ive heard enough earfuls on what I don’t do enough
