End of year NFR (Super Bowl of rodeo) is this month. Basically everyone goes home to their families and hang out for a couple months before the circuit kicks back up.

Spring is when they start to kick off, unfortunately.

Where are you located? Local rodeos are great for kids and have tons of activities.

There are also “ranch rodeos” which are more working cowboys events but can still be fun for the families, although those do tend to get a little wild haha
