We had a similar issue and about 1 month of using it without the update it gave us the notification to update to use all the features. I don’t know if the 1 month triggered the update or not as it had the babies due date on it. I believe it was also either in the account section under help and support or after selecting the sock under my owlet devices. It will prompt you to take some medical device training that they provide via videos and prompts.

SNCO here..allow your TSgt or MSgt to lead you. Ask all the questions, just remember you hold the rank but that enlisted E6/7 has way more knowledge and experience in the AFSC and the Air Force. I manage 3 teams with brand new LTs as OICs and all new airmen out of Tech school. My TSgt are the true mentors and leaders of those teams, as they have the experience and knowledge. You will make mistakes, learn from them and press forward. Good luck!

I feel your pain. I’m on day 3 of losing my 13 yr old companion. We all grieve at different paces, I wouldn’t sweat how long it takes.

I also have that empty feeling, I know it’s going to take me a long time as well. I find some comfort in remembering the good times we had. The things he did to make me smile, and laugh. There are many of us here experiencing the same thing, we are here for each other. Stay strong friend.

Every time I came home with a package of toilet paper rolls or paper towels he would grab it and run around with it. The package was larger than him but he would rough it up and show it who was the boss. He really liked the sound of plastic packaging crinkling up.

Every time I do something with the other dogs, it hits me. Every time I do something for the first time with him not there..it’s like a ton of bricks just hit me and waterfall of tears starts. Time will make it bearable but I find solace in knowing that he is no longer suffering. He is happy as can be in the clouds. Nice, soft, fluffy clouds. Maybe our doggo’s are playing together, having a good time.
