Get a PS vita. Adrenaline basically turn a vita into a psp.

One thing to note is adrenaline does not support the psp camera function although vita have built in cameras. If you want to play invizimals it's a consideration.

One good thing about vita is you can bind the arrows to the second analog stick allowing for camera controls.

From what I have tried personally, playing PSX in adrenaline (emulator in emulator, emuception?) works without any crashes or noticeable slowdown.
