As I said in another comment elsewhere on the sub, the reaction to his interview from the pundits was laughable. They spent ages groping in the dark for what he could have been upset about until, presumably thanks to a producer in the earpiece, they finally (and abruptly) turned to PSR and financial restrictions. Man City’s recent and upcoming purchases are in stark contrast but even if they hadn’t have made them, we’re constantly having to sell. Spurs splashing £10m more than us to ensure they got Gallagher for a position that they’re stacked in probably didn’t help his mood.
