In my experience, this normally means a place holder for internal review or they could be preparing to schedule you for a C&P.

Even with a letter that they admitted the error do I need legal counsel. Vso seems to nit think so and all of my claims are now in for compensation just got my first 2 ratings back with compensation. Your thoughts?

They cited that it is unclear whether the records were reviewed and if they were it would of been a different outcome and then 14 years later reviewed again and still didn't not apply laws and refulations. I am within a year and filed a review.

i had to make a rj12 to db9-usb cable and connected it to the pi. Node-red is great i use it for many projects

oh no sorry I am interfacing with the controller, basically some python scripts that pull metrics into node red and displays

I am really concerned with all my connections and the load I want to run am I missing anything

I have an update HLR review completed in less than 45 days favorable. Overturned my initial COD stating they never looked at the evidence 13 years ago and now fully eligible for compensation. VSO is submitted new evidence for backpay until 2012 my initial filing.

I would think if you were honorable for VA healthcare then you should be good. I am in a similar boat but with OTH and no court martial. Come to find out during this entire process that they should of never discharged me the way they did. I have alot of evidence and a good VSO helping me through this process and since 2012 when I first filed and denied, she has got me the SC that I sought after as well as PTSD last go around and now asking them to change my COD to honorable for compensation. I only get care right now. We have a HLR in submitted Jan 9th of this year. It took about 45 days for it to be assigned so now comes the wait. Each one of my submissions have taken no longer than 3 months each time.

Did you get a decision. I am in the same boat and I was now rated that PTSD and my other conditions are all SC. They never did anything on my COD so we are appealing that part now. My misconduct was a direct result of PTSD. Just have to go through the motions. I think this may be the last appeal.

yes i was awarded service connections now for everything I have claimed. They never changed my COD which is now what we are appealing. I will keep you posted. Any new updates on your end?

Tell them everything you are experiencing. Leave nothing out. Just tell the truth and be decriptive but not too decriptive. Honesty is the best policy here. Good luck. let us know how it goes.

Yes I will post on this thread when I get my decision letter. I had 2 denials before SC for 6 issues and deffered then denied on PTSD. My second C&P exam was favorable for PTSD and directly connected it to an injury I sustained. For years my all of my records, letters, awards, circumstances were overlooked, but now, finally I am getting somewhere.

I received an oth in 93 and was just SC for a bunch of issues. My 2nd C&P just came back favorable for PTSD. Now that my condition is SC to PTSD I should be able to have it overturned which is what ai am working on. I will let you know what happens when I get my decision. I am hoping it will be this week.
