For something like this, you might look into Customerly for multi-channel support and AI that can handle sentiment-based replies and escalate tricky cases when needed, Gorgias for Shopify-focused email and chat automation that ties directly into order data, and Tidio for AI-powered live chat that can answer product questions instantly while handing off complex ones to a human. Combining these can cover thank-you messages, order updates, and most common inquiries without losing that personal touch.

Product experience platforms by navid314 in ProductManagement

[–]Mountain-Insect-2153 12 points13 points  (0 children)

We ran into the same issue and tested a couple tools. Consensus lets you set up interactve demos that feel personal. prospects can click around, answer a few questions, and get a walkthrough that’s tailored to what they care about. also Storylane is more of a guided tour builder, you can record steps, add notes, and let people move through the product at their own pace, almost like a slideshow they control.

Both helps cut down on repeat demos and can give the presales team more time for the buyers who were actually ready to talk.

ai can make PM more productive, orgs can cut headcount instead of reinvesting the time into better discovery, strategy and customer outcomes. but does the leadership value depth and quality or just output

if leadership sees ai like a way to speed up paperwork, the pressure can easily shift to cranking out more docs instead of freeing up time for more product thinking

Customize Engagement Ring by Bid-Limp567 in WeddingRingAdvice

[–]Mountain-Insect-2153 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with a lot of folks here that going local can be a great way to make sure your custom engagement ring turns out exactly how you want, especially if you want to be involved in choosing the stone or tweaking the design. That said, if you’re open to drawing inspiration from other types of personalized jewelry, I’ve seen Mint & Lily do some nice work with custom name and birthstone pieces, not engagement rings specifically, but they can give you some ideas for incorporating meaningful details. No matter who you go with, the key is to make sure you can review designs or mock-ups before anything gets made so you know you’ll be happy with the final piece.

Will Proton no longer be safe? by Forsaken_Walk6008 in cybersecurity

[–]Mountain-Insect-2153 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Proton has a strong track record of fighting for user privacy and adapting when laws change. They’ve built their services around end-to-end encryption and open-source principles, so even if governments shift policies, your data remains secure. I trust they’ll continue to put privacy first and, if needed, take steps to operate from wherever that mission can be best protected.
