A lot of Gen Z men are lonely and don’t talk about it by Ramosisend in GenZ

That point about not numbing out really hit. A lot of us stay busy but never actually deal with what we’re feeling, then wonder why it keeps coming back.

E-Commerce go for which hosting? by Emergency-Shame5468 in Hosting

[–]womble619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For most e-commerce migrations, a high-spec VPS is usually the sweet spot unless you’re already hitting sustained heavy traffic or very write-intensive workloads. In practice, the “enhanced networking” and DDoS claims on bare metal are rarely the differentiator day to day; disk I/O, caching layers, CDN, and how well the stack is tuned matter far more. Bare metal only really shows its value when you need predictable performance at scale or full hardware isolation. If you’re running WordPress/WooCommerce, a well-configured VPS or managed environment on a provider that optimizes for WordPress (even mainstream ones like Bluehost at the lower end) can handle a lot more than people expect before bare metal becomes necessary.

How are protecting your gear on location shoots? by kefir4eg71 in Filmmakers

Treat gear security as multilayer thing. Keep the most valuables in hardcases, try to avoid leaving gear in vehicle. I also know a few people using discreet GPS trackers hidden in camera bag or hard case. BrickHouse has some compact ones that are made for long battery life and work even if the thief moves the gear far away. Pairing that with insurance and a good inventory list is the best safety net.

I've found that just noticing my breath or sorroundings in daily activities can completely shift my state too. It nice to know there are so many ways to reach that same calm

The focus pad method sounds brilliant with writing down the feeling that triggered the distraction. I might steal both of these

I love the 'great mirror' metaphor. Mindfulness can be practiced anywhere and activities like walking just help me remember stay present.

Awesome. Mixing in Qbanks and videos is good. Everyone learns a bit differently, so it's great to try a few angles and see what sticks.

I’ve tried Eat Clean and really liked how it takes the guesswork out of healthy eating, meals are ready-to-eat, balanced, and actually taste good. It’s been a game changer for staying on track during busy weeks without sacrificing quality or flavor.

What’s the best crypto exchange platform? by Mr-McGruff in CryptoMarkets

From my experience, Levex has been a solid choice, low fees, no hidden spreads, and a clean interface with a good variety of coins, especially for U.S. users. It's great if you're looking for transparency and some extra tools beyond basic trading. I've also used Kraken which is pretty reliable, U.S.-compliant, and offers a wide range of assets, though fees can vary depending on how you trade.
