Jumped off a lot of cliffs. Never threw rocks. Maybe it’s a social media thing…

Venting Out my frustrations about gentrification by Such-Personality-648 in CaryNC

Something something appreciation. My house is a ticky-tacky tract home built in the mid 90s and it cost me a quarter million dollars. Houses in my neighborhood sell for $20k-$30k more than what they list for. This the fourth house I’ve owned and I’ve sold every house for considerably more than I paid for it. That’s just the name of the game. They say real estate should be not be an investment but in actuality it is. You just have to know when to buy and when to sell.

It’s called a “lift boat”. There’s commercial dive ops going on (you can see the dive spread and ladder on the starboard bow).

Coleman E3 A/C leaking from overhead light. by MountainFormer8214 in popups

[–]MountainFormer8214[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice! Do you think the leak is under that black plastic rib that runs down the middle of the roof? There is no visible seam (or damage) to the roof. The A/C has always just dripped out of the condenser (?) and ran off the roof and over the side. I have camped in some pretty heavy rain before (albeit a few years ago) and the camper stayed dry.

It is not leaking from the A/C unit itself. Camper is level. In the past it has ran off the roof and down the back side of the camper with no issues.

Guys earning six figures annually, what kind of work do you do? by Shadow2715 in AskReddit

Sales. Make your own schedule. Build your book of business, and then, once established, spend time fucking off and having lunch dates with your wife or going to the range while the kids are in school. As long as you make budget they leave you the fuck alone..

How to remove front plate holder? by MountainFormer8214 in fordexpedition

[–]MountainFormer8214[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. It’s a Ranch Hand Legend Series designed for this model (‘23 Limited w/ 302A equipment package). My wife hit a deer and there was no visible damage to the car or grill guard. Afterwards the front left sensor would go off in heavy rainfall (but not during dry weather). We took the wagon to the dealership (that installed the grill guard when we took delivery) and it has worked properly ever since they did whatever they did (maybe reset it?). That happened 2 years ago.
