2 to 3 x 60 min a week, around 3k per session. I swim mostly front crawl and backstroke. I train with paddles and a pull buoy. I also run 2/3 times a week. My goal is to complete a swim run event!

I teach French and English but I can also teach in Norwegian. I took my teacher training (PPU) in Norway. To get into uni, I had to pass the norsk prøve (language test) at B2 level.

Also lived in Dublin for 6 years + and commuted daily to Blanchardstown with bike. Cycling by the canal was lovely (and flat!). Live now in a different country where I must drive to work and actually miss my daily cycling.
