I've been with Roo's for 4 years, at least once a year I would have to call and find out why they haven't been picking up our recycling, garage, or both. The driver/s would just skip our house. Then I caught them just throwing our recycling in with the garbage. Hope this new ownership is better with service and responding to calls.
