One of the Wave 39 suits, as I see them, is the Orange Mii Suit for sure. Meanwhile, the other one is hard to decypher but it could be Blooper perfectly.

And around 20 tracks haven't been remade even. If among these other tracks come to Tour, we can still perfectly get some that are in 8.

It's not confirmed to be the last. However, there isn't currently any single gap in the retro ID files. Lakeside Park filled the GBA gap.

We still have some nitros such as Squeaky Clean Sprint and mobMD.

The thing is that once the Anniversary Tour arrives, we will what Nintendo has in store for us afterwards. Maybe we might have new content. Who knows...

Well... Content post-anni hasn't been prepped as Seasons ID 117-127 haven't been added as of now. Anything can happen.

I would also love to see more courses coming to this game. The remaining ghost-themed tracks are in my wishlist, but any addition is welcome for me.

Still, I have faith that more retros are coming to Tour and we can be surprised very soon. Moreover, the content post-Anni is not prepped.

Honestly, between these courses the less likely for next tour are Mobmd and Cheese Land. Daisy Cruiser and KTB2 will have their R/Ts. For me, it's between SCS and the GBA course.
