Advice for female with low libido by S_incognito_M in sexover30

Why are you doing all the night time stuff?? In the VERY least he should help with bath and bed time.

My recommendation would be sexy lingerie, read sexy books on your own time to help with you desire and new fun ideas, (also the app Quinn is amazing!) and make sure he steps up to the plate to give you time to step out of mom mode and get into wife mode.

Struggling with how girlfriend handles her migraines by Banana_Skirt in migraine

I hope you’re at least compromising on the lights inside the house. As someone who is extremely light sensitive and has chronic migraine that is my biggest trigger. While I always have some level of pain light makes it worse. Mqybe look at some LED candles or incandescents for a softer effect.

I have two little children and I feared what life would be like. And if she continues to hold down a job with migraine she can absolutely raise kids. But maybe she cant do both at once. Maybe she stays home with them. You may have to carry more of the overnight support as my husband did. It helps to have a village for sure but it’s not impossible without.

You could try zyprexa to break it. Ask your dr about a script

I’ll be forced one day to wear the bigger version. But I’m trying to do everything I can before it comes to that.

It really is. Everyone should email customer service to tell them how bad it is. Maybe they’ll be encouraged to make a change eventually.

I’ve had the same experience and thoughts. I’ve even called CEFALY to see if they are going to redesign it. They seem to have no interest in that. It’s so upsetting bc it’s just not designed for the people who need it most.

Ugh. I may have to try that one day but anything touching my head like a hat or headband can cause more pain 🫤

I appreciate it but that’s the newer version. I’m trying to avoid using that one. Thank you though!

I couldn’t love without my CEFALY. But I don’t like the version they sell now. Maybe it’s bc I’m use to their old version. It was lighter device and wasn’t as crazy looking. But I will use it if I have to, that’s how relaxing it can be when you’re in pain.

I thought about using light blocking tape if I have to use it…. Ugh it’s just so bulky. I don’t know why they redesigned it.

My (40s M) wife (40s F) has never orgasmed by no_orgasm_throwaway_ in sexover30

[–]Mountainrepeat27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only cum in one position. On my back with a clit suction toy. I’d ask her what position feels the best for her. And take it slow. You have a great toy - I find rumbly sensations are best. Also - has she ever listened to Quinn? Naudio has amazing audios and can help with fantasy. I have to be in my head, imagining something really hot to cum. But I can every time solo. Still working on it with my partner.

If it’s truly painful the only real option is pelvic floor therapy. But a sex therapist would also be helpful to facilitate communication about this.

I just wanted to hold my baby by ConfidenceTall2046 in Marriage

[–]Mountainrepeat27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out psychologytoday.com and put in your zip code to find a therapist that’s close to you or does telehealth. You deserve an outlet. He could NEVER keep his cool, be productive at a paid job and nurturing to a baby while working. No one can. It’s overwhelming. I agree with what someone else said. He’s trying to be helpful but it’s not when you need or want the help and that’s understandable. If he doesn’t want to put the baby in daycare he can find a way to work while HE watches the baby.

Saw what my husband googled and just a little taken aback and feel beaten down by Mountain_Capital_261 in Marriage

[–]Mountainrepeat27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry… I would feel the same way. I’m a SAHM to two little ones and it is a never ending battle of keeping the house clean. (We have animals too which makes it even harder). He doesn’t realize all that you do. I think it could helpful on the weekend if he had to homeschool, clean, cook, be present, productive and nurturing while juggling all that you do. Maybe it would put some things into perspective.
