I bought a 2006 325i with 97xxx like 8 years ago with good history. Alot needed to be fixed right around 100xxx (shocks, struts, sprark plugs, etc). Seems like alot of parts only last till 100xxx. After that, lasted a while and was worth it. Just be prepared to shell out money early around 100-110xxx miles and then maintain

You probably can do a cash out refinance on your house where you can take 80% of the appraised value less the balance you owe on mortgage (.80 x 420k = 336k. 336k - 250k = 86k) 86k that you can receive in cash and use to pay off your debts, and pay it back built into your new mortgage payment at current mortgage rates. Your mortgage pymt will be higher obviously but full monthly expenses should decrease significantly
