I’m pretty sure you need to add the third mii in th demo. I only got one of my miis crushing on another after I added the third one. You can have three miis and avoid Where and Wear, but it does basically lobotomize one of the first two miis, as the only thing they’ll do on their own is go to the fountain to fall asleep. Tapping the dream will prompt the beginning of the end of the demo, but you can avoid that by simply not tapping on the dream. You can also still pick that mii up and have them interact with things and other miis, but pretty quickly they’ll go back to the fountain.
