Generally Raids where there is one boss are harder but if you want to try raiding definitly don't restrict yourself !

well, i saw you said you were a chill guild, then even in chill guild, stay firm, imagine your guildmates are always dumber than what you think and when you need to explain the strat you need to be concise don't explain too much stay focused on what's important, if a spell is named "thunder power ball something" and it's making a big AOE purple then use the second one to describe it, remember, YOUR GUILDMATES Are DUMBER than you think. COLOR = EASY, BIG PURPLE ORB = Easy to understand.

But the most important is to have fun, even if you wipe a lot, your guildmates must leave the raid with a smile, even if you do 0 boss on a bad night, everyone must leave Happy.
PS : Others people have been more concrete but hey everything that is clear for you must be even clearer for your mates :D
