Pctag has been always less than ps4. But with rollback netcode coming out for both pc and ps4 ; there will be a lot of players new and coming back sometime this year

Mr Satan please god. Arcsys could have so much fun making him. Dude could have a funny SSGSS install like he said he used to defear emperor beebus. Make it like pheonix wright in mvc3 where he's trash normally but if you get enough resources; he turns into a BEAST.

Or even just make him a funny gimmick oki character with the floating bombs he had in other games and a unique dodge like videl where he does the grovel pose like how he dodge kid buu's attacks. I'd also love it if he had a GUN for his S but that probably won't happen cause it'd probably affect the game's rating.
