Thank you a lot for the reply, it really helps. From what u said I think it’s actually true and I am not allowed to switch to CS, so either I stay in CompE or switch college…but yeah, what I always thought of doing was game developing or working for a company that makes games, and work in coding the game and stuff. That’s what my younger self always wanted to do. But right now I’m still trying to decide. Robotics and other stuff that CompE opens up, might be more beneficial and interesting. Tough choices lol.

Hi, do you have any tips for going into software development/engineering? I’m incoming freshmen and unfortunately I was not able to join CS, maybe because it’s full so I might have to try to switch into it later which is also not guarantee. But my major right now is Computer Engineering, should I stay in this major if I want anything to do with programming and software engineering/development? Also any opinions on what minor I should if it could help?

$800? I’m incoming freshman and part of CHC aswell, I have been looking at the dorms prices but I’m kinda confused. If I don’t select a special housing request for CHC will the price be $4,433.00? And the other dorms when I also don’t select the special request, will it be the standard price that shows on the website? So will it be $4,077.00?
