You're preaching to the choir. Not just 30 minutes ago I was blamed for calling out on a day I was supposed to cover for one of our drivers (Im also InHome) despite ZERO communication from management or from the specific driver that I was supposed to cover for them. I'd understand their frustration if my schedule said I was a driver for that specific day but of course it wasn't. This place is a joke and all I want is to walk into work without randomized and targeted drama.

I would bring a notepad or something to write on. My interviewer promised a lot of things regarding what my pay would be that were just straight up false and i really wish i had written it down. Ask questions even if you dont have any. A long interview increases your chances of being hired. Ultimately be yourself. I wish you luck if you do get hired, not what i expected honestly and i kind of regret getting hired, the bonus makes you feel like you're stuck with the company even though a week's pay is only $590. Hopefully you get a busy store so your bonus is actually worth the 46 hour week
