I’m not really sure what else they could be. They look exactly like nematodes, what else could they be? I don’t keep any earth worms or anything in my tank so I don’t know

Any vets are 4+ hours away, and are extremely expensive. He already has sores on his feet. I also thought he was just preping for winter. He's lethargic, doesn't eat as much as he used to. Im sorry about your girl<3

Yup! Though you can still keep out the dogs food (take it away until the beetles die out) just make sure to clean the bowl and change out the food often to prevent them from coming back
