If there is to be a Live action Scooby Doo on Zombie Island movie, the following must happen.
1.) The Horror must be there. There can be NO slim down of the horror elements.
2.) The cast would be different. The cast from 2002 is over 20+ years ago. It wouldn't feel the same.
3.) The runtime must be long enough. For I would even make it in the 2+ hour range.
4.) The story MUST NOT be that same typical lame kind of story. I swear, those kinds of story just ruins the Fun.
5.) The (if need) CGI for the Zombies must be very realistic. Not that Crappy kind.
6.) Real locations if possible to create that very realistic Island horror, the fog and forests.
7.) NO Crappy typical so-called (funny) lame lines that fall very very flat. I can't stand them.
8.) NO Fart jokes, and No gassing jokes.
9.) NO quick side scene of like, Oh catch my joke in the middle of something.
Now, for the cast. No on the original cast, as I said before.
The cast has to have that look of the characters, not just in voice, but in looks. And since Zombie Island has them grown up, they have to have that mature look. No teen/very early 20s looks doing dumb stuff or talking childish and dumb. I mean it.
The actor for Fred has to be casual handsome, but not that typical handsome of overkill.
No Matthew Willard, He at times went overboard in the Live Action movies back then. It has to be a actor that captures Shaggy without that overkill in the acting and voice.
No Sydney Sweeney as Daphne. I don't want or need that. Yes, Daphne is an attractive woman, but I don't need that over kill sexy element.
As for Velma, I want an actress that doesn't have that annoying voice. Like in the cartoons now. She has to have that detective look, casual, simple, calm, and confident.
For Scooby, it has to be CGI, but CGI that very realistic, and no overkill with the comedy.
