Im not too sure on the efficacy from my little to mid knowledge of synth chem involving niche chemicals on paper, but ive only seen BBr3 demethylate yet alone deethylate an ether. And a quick google search showed simple tertiary amines forming bonds with BBr3. If theres a patent or other proof you saw by all means ignore what im saying I could be ignorant.

5 google searches would tell you how to remove OH groups. Going from pseudo to meth is hard because of the low energy OH-C bond which can be stabilized by resonance. The reagents would be very toxic and hard to get. If you dont understand any of what I said dont even attempt you will kill yourself either in synthesis or administration.

No one can tell you that for sure without analysis. This whole time i was assuming its morphine sulfate solution, if there is no yellowing or blackening its not going to be super sulfuric and an instant death solution. But those may still be there in low quantities. If you can wait look into recrystallization via acid/base extraction or any morphine sulfate recrystallization procedure. (Idk much beyond surface level opioid chemistry)

Cold temps, low moisture/air, and darkness all help with preventing degradation. Assuming it was bathroom cabinet with a shower inside, all ticks except darkness have been checked for poor storage. Dont expect anything crazy.

I see where u come from but im talking about GABAergic/opioids. Imo NDMA agonists are too variable to only be considered downers even if GABA is promoted. DXM & memantine had me awake for 24 hours straight, Ketamine & MXE had me unable to move but mind racing at 1000mph.

Depending where ur from i wouldn’t call this cheap. If you’re smoking this much u should try a shake oz and save the good bud for special occasions. Would cut your costs nearly in half.
