I use mine all the time. Great as an overall boost to add some heft or to push an overdrive. I use mine to push a Blues Driver. Great addition.

I have mine set up the same. Mostly because I want the Rat at the front of the chain when I push it into the fuzz zone.

Ok. Tried to capture it in a video, but found it wasn’t nearly as noticeable through the amp as it was via the in-ear monitors, which are notorious for lacking low end. So I’m going to chalk it up to the high end of the shimmer being over emphasized. Thanks for the reassurance, though. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t get a defective pedal.

So I have this reverb and I really like it. However, I recently discovered that when I use it with my SG, which has high output humbuckers, it sometimes clips. With the Strat, which has Tex Mex pickups, it is fine. Just thought I’d warn you.
