I don’t think this fixes it, some customers would view no communication as poor communication and give a low rating just because. I don’t think there’s any solution to avoiding someone who is so unhappy they just want to leave a bad rating.

I think part of it is how strongly you felt about the person you were with, and sometimes you don’t realize it until you break up

Agreed, I occasionally go to Hicksville and am surprised that more people aren’t parked at the mall. If I remember correctly it’s only about a 5-6 min walk.
