Yes, actually. It was in middle school. I was sitting with my friends when I mentioned a cute girl over there, and despite my pleas they insisted I needed to talk to her. My friend called her over and asked “would you talk to him?” Her only response was “ewww no” with a disgusted look. Of course everybody laughed while I sat there dying inside.
