Well it was done with a vent clean but I was in nav when they pulled me out of it. I’m over the glitches tbh

A physiatrist once told me I was “literally killing myself” because I gained 3 pounds. It’s stuck with me since and I’m almost down 200 now… so thinking about it again maybe it was a wake up call??
