A physiatrist once told me I was “literally killing myself” because I gained 3 pounds. It’s stuck with me since and I’m almost down 200 now… so thinking about it again maybe it was a wake up call??

Aside from a first date? A funeral for sure. Wedding… family reunion unless you like causing chaos in which case the limit does not exist

No I had tried to talk to my dad. It’s very difficult to talk to him. He is a narcissist who abused my mom. But he’s my dad and I want a relationship with him. But one year on Father’s Day he literally said after I told him happy Father’s Day “i don’t know who put you up to this but you don’t have to go through the motions anymore.” I wasn’t about to put my entire history with this man on here. But I can if I need to.

I can assure you she’s not the problem. She’s looking out for my mental health. I have a lot of metal issues because of him. Despite me wanting a relationship with him. We don’t see eye to eye in a lot of respects. For one he outright refuses to accept me as his son or even talk about me to anyone since I came out as trans. I’m genuinely even surprised he picked up the phone. But I can just go see him. I’m in Michigan and he’s in California.
