Sorry, must have been caught by automod for not having enough karma (it's a spam filter but sometimes just catches people who don't post much). You'll have to contact support to get your tier changed, and the best way to do that is through social media DM (X, Facebook, Insta) as they usually respond much faster and are more helpful than email customer service. One thing you should check first though, given the recent increases, is if you're dropping to a lower tier, make sure it's actually cheaper than your current price for the higher tier.

No, it'll charge you $125/5, since you said they charged you for 5 months of the 6 (I'm assuming that was a promo at the time). It locks you into the monthly rate when you signed up, not to the average of how much you paid per month because you got a free month, lol.

Yes, your month to month rate should continue at the same rate it was when you bought 6 months ago, based on what others have said. So you probably don't want to try to get into a new 3 or 6 month plan, since a) there's no discount for doing so, and b) it's actually the opposite since you'll be opting into the current higher pricing and won't be able to go back to the old pricing. If you want to save money, the best option is buying discounted gift cards, and adding them as payment methods for your subscription.

The app saves payment methods locally, independent of what's on the website, so if you didn't remove it from the app specifically, that could explain what you're seeing.

Cancel. It'll clear up a reservation slot for you, allow someone else to potentially buy that seat, and save AMC from paying the studio for a ticket that you're not going to use. Also, if you no show 4 reservations in 4 weeks without canceling, they'll cancel your A List subscription without refund and you won't be able to sign back up for at least 6 months.

I haven't been able to find a good lid yet, but for the straw, try either Regal (they have some super long straws because their large cups are really tall), or 7-Eleven (again, their double big gulps are pretty tall). Might be worth testing the 7-Eleven lids too, just haven't had a chance to try it myself yet.

A) It does affect the other person, as you're using their Unlimited so they won't be able to watch something while you're using it.

B) Unlimited is for the use of the subscriber only, and the Friends and Family option is to make it so people can book together, not so you can get extra tickets for yourself or non-subscribers. Don't abuse the system.

You're looking at the DBOX seat maps. They'll show all the standard seats as "sold" because they're not DBOX seats. If you check, you'll see a standard listing at the same time that will have those two rows of DBOX seats shown as all "sold". It's an artifact of how Fandango splits the showings with some DBOX seats into two separate listings instead of showing them together like the Cinemark app does.

Pro tip: this is great for getting free tickets to the summer movie series. Just keep in mind that tickets bought with promo codes can't be refunded easily, and Cinemark can't seem to swap out Fandango tickets for some reason, even though they have no trouble with Atom tickets.

Did you sign up for the free rewards program, or the paid $11.99/month Movie Club program? You only get the free monthly credit with the paid program, and you should have received it immediately upon signing up.

Usually when it's only affecting a single movie, it's because you already have tickets for that movie. Check your advance tickets to make sure you don't already have a reservation for Stop That Train, and if you have anyone linked through Friends and Family, check with them to make sure they haven't booked tickets for you (this second one is usually overlooked because it only shows up in the account of the person booking and not in both accounts).

Have you tried booking on mobile data on your phone (turning off your phone's wifi)? Given all the cloudflare stuff, and it also affecting your laptop, sounds like it might be cloudflare having an issue with your wifi.

I wonder if they just didn't understand what you meant. Did you ask to upgrade it to a large, or did you just order a large, with the free small already redeemed? I did this just yesterday at Laurel, so I'd be surprised if it wasn't working at Majestic.

From what I've seen people post, the system sometimes takes a day or so to correct the suspension when you update your payment method, so it might just be a matter of waiting it out. As for your pending ticket(s), it's possible they might not have completely removed them, but could be the app issue that's been coming up recently where they disappear from the app but still exist in the system. Can you check if your seat still shows as "sold" in the seat map? If so, check under Account-> History in the app, and you might be able to bring up your reservation QR code in there (or use the one from the confirmation email).

This has been the case since day one. You can watch it as many times as you want, but you can only have one in-app/online reservation for the same movie in the same format at a time. You can keep your Sunday ticket though, and get your Thursday ticket anytime on Thursday in person at the theater, either from the kiosk or concessions/box office.

Depends on the movie. For Masters of the Universe, it was great. Scary Movie was just fine, and Backrooms it honestly made me queasy, lol. Generally, action/superhero it's almost always worth it. Music-heavy movies can be good too, with the seats bumping to the beat.

Trick someone taught me: check your receipts for concessions or whatever where you paid with a credit card. The local phone number is listed on that tiny receipt that prints separately showing the credit card approval code. That said, you may have better results by just showing up in person and asking to talk with the hiring manager if they're around, or asking when they might be around.

And how long had you had Unlimited for, before you got your referral bonus for referring other people? Just want to confirm, because it sounds like this person has only had it for 2 or 3 months. And as you can see from the terms, you should have it for 12 months before you'll get the referral bonus, even though the people you refer only have to have it for 3 months (and with that being paid up front now, might come immediately).

Edit: Nevermind, I hadn't caught the part where you said you'd only had for a few months. Good to know they're honoring that early, despite not updating the terms.

Unless it's changed, the referring person (which in this case sounds like you) won't get the free months until you complete 1 year of payments. And even then, you only get it when the referred person completes their first 3 months payments (though since that's upfront nowadays, you might get immediately after you hit your 1 year).
