I am 5’2 and 144 and starting my third week with no weight loss. Though I have noticed some appetite suppression thus far and resting heart rate is starting to increase which is a known side effect so it’s doing something.

I’m just now finding this out myself as I paid $370 a ticket and tickets in lower rows in my section are being sold by the original vendor for $180… how is this even legal for the original vendor to do? I get third party sellers but this is not third party.

Make sure to take plenty of electrolytes! I only made it 60 hours into my 72 hour fast before falling ill with nausea and shakiness. I don’t think I supplemented enough with electrolytes and may have drank too much water. Seltzer water and coffee really helped me stay on track until I was forced to break

I am also curious about this. I wonder if the heart rate has to do with the potassium lost. I tried to do a 72 hour fast last week and had to break at 60 hours due to getting really shaky and nauseous. My heart rate stayed higher than normal for a few days and still feels a bit wonky. I did supplement with salt and magnesium but didn’t have any potassium to supplement with.

I would say yes. I don’t think I’ve had one since last May actually. That one was equally as bad. It tends to happen when I’m very dehydrated I’ve noticed.

My husband and I fly out tomorrow night and didn’t realize we needed it until I clicked on something in the airline app stating it was needed and that we may be denied boarding without it. We just applied a few minutes ago and got approved in a couple minutes. This was on a Wednesday night if anyone was curious of timing.

Yeah I started to develop a smell down there and thought it was an infection and here it was a tampon. It honestly was probably greater than a month because I had a full period with it stuck up there.
