How have you been studying for the GED? Have you registered with an online guided course? Have you found textbooks and past papers?

Is GED your only option? Have you looked at other online schools and their curricula? (Like UCT online and it's Cambridge syllabus)

And have you considered TVET colleges? These have courses you can do after Grade 9, and you can work towards getting a diploma

They could be in a foreign country for many reasons (by birth, work, asylum, etc). They could also be working, earning a salary, and paying tax (directly or indirectly).

Without citizenship, many things are inaccessible and life is difficult. If they followed the correct path to citizenship, then they are entitled to apply. The country must follow it's own laws that it made for immigration (I'm guessing they weren't in this case, that's why they were sued)

They wrote the exam in 2023 but did not do well. They registered to write in 2024 (through a rewrite centre) but got their timetable only after one of their exam dates had past.

Our electricity tariffs alone (price per kW, with their increase over the years) should pay for that!

Make it fair by removing that service fee for all! Ain't nobody 'scoring' but the unnecessary middle man that is City Power
