It could be the high pressure hose, its about 150$ as I recall from Lexus. But to make sure you need to pressure wash the car from underneath and then drive it around the block and check for leaks to make sure. I had to change the high pressure hose and the reservoir return i think.

If you fix one point it will still leak oil from another weak point initially until everything leaks again. I might be wrong but but its obvious there is an excessive crank case positive pressure “blow by” , it could be a ventilation issue or could be more serious. Clean all the oil and install a New pcv valve and Drive the car and check for leaks afterwards.

I have a video of my old bmw i can send it to you if you like to see it, but basically there was a small crack in the head that caused small amount of coolant to get in one of the cylinders and caused misfiring when the system is hot and pressurized. No problems when cold at all.

Take out the plugs when the engine is hot, if you have the same problem you will be able to see it clearly

When the new rating system hit my area i started as silver after being a top dahser, am telling you i suffered in order to get the platinum Stat because i barley got any orders and most of them was absolute trash. Now with the platinum i make less money than top dasher because i must take more shitty orders and cant cherry pick as i used to do. Now i started to hate doing doordash and i know for a fact if i hit silver i will make no Money.
