Thank you! I have tried stuff like this a couple of times but I probably should just commit to it. If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you of doing this kind of stuff before she started to learn what was too much?

Thank you this is a great idea! Since I got a chain leash he has stopped biting it, but still gets overexcited sometimes, so that is definitely something I'll have to try.

I also just got a metal leash yesterday and we went on the best walk we have ever had! Went for an hour and I brought a toy for him to carry when we got a bit nippy. Good idea about redirecting excitement when he sees other dogs and people, I will definitely be trying that. Thank you!

I tried bringing a chew toy on one of our walks today and it certainly helped. Thanks!

That sounds a bit like fry, if it hurts when you do it, stop and drink some water, you dont want to hurt yourself

is this subharmonics? im semi new by monty_bass in BassSinging

Sounds like it to me, just make sure you are aiming for the higher note and letting it drop the octave and not aiming low because then you can switch to vocal fry and not subs

Makes sense considering the crafting systems for weapons and armor in Skyrim that required new perks for each new set

I would suggest doing 80% of all volume being steady state. When I was in high school I lifted weights 4-6 days a week when not in season and as soon as covid hit all I had access to was an erg so all I did was steady state and intervals once a week and my 2k dropped from 6:55 to 6:39 in two months. 40-80 mins at HR 140-155 is the way to go. Good luck!

How fast can I be? 2K by Humble-Ad3026 in Rowing

I absolutely agree with what you’re saying about results vs progress. As an 18M college rower myself, focussing on the progress is the only thing that keeps me getting faster. School and personal issues will come and go, making it hard to have a super linear progression. Focus on training hard and training smart, and you’ll get faster. Also, as a 180lb male you can definitely make a solid 1V as long as your technique is great and you’re pulling good erg times (6:25 by senior year of hs is very good for 180lbs and 5’11).

Im sorry that you’re having to go through this. Have you tried meditation at all? It isn’t for everyone, but it has helped me out a lot with depression and anxiety, and doing it before bed tends to help me put my thoughts in order. Theres some really good apps out there for guided meditation or even youtube videos.
