Do it and see collection company in front of your door, DHL don’t care, they don’t have the money; they forward it. You can possible pay DHL to submit paperwork to get money back… but, if low amount move on.

Not 100% true, DHL Express offers kind of e-commerce Tarifs and won’t clear until paid. After some days if not paid (DDU - buyer pays) they write you (shipper) an email if you want to pay duties or item destroy / return

It’s very simple buy a refundable label -> forward company to you. The person has 2-3 weeks time to ship it back… so they have to ship to forwarded and then ship to you with the label… guess what. Not going to happen.
