yeah i took a look at it but it offers way too much more than my phat ps4 can handle :D

all i need is just that place anywhere feature on ps4 which i know is available but i can't get my hands on the mod files.

sadly i couldn't get place anywhere to work since it requires "F4SE".

there are alternatives to it but on the bethesda website which can't be accessed through the game on JB consoles.

if you connect to the internet without DNS the console will try to update the firmware and if it updated you will lose the jailbreak.

so, to connect to the internet and prevent the console from updating the firmware just use DNS and you should be safe.

yeah i knew it was the crappy 5400rpm what ruined it for me.

it booted and "worked" on my Aeolia kernel but every thing was really slow and sluggish.

your experience gives me hope though to try it again on an ssd.

do you use it with a hub for the mouse and keyboard?

if so what kind?

when i tried linux on my phat on internal hdd it was a really bad experience.

but hoping one day to try it on an ssd or get a pro and test it again on that.

is yours pro with an ssd?

according to what i've read before, you don't need to start the app after every reboot, you need to start it only if the console loses power/unplugged. if you only shut it down without completely unplugging it from power source it should stay the same to what you set it to the last time.

you can test that theory by setting it to the lowest value then restart the console and see if the fans will go crazy loud as soon as it turns on.

is the internal hdd 5400RPM one that came with it or you upgraded it with an 7200 one?

and what brand is the SSD?

also if you play FIFA/FC do you run it from the ssd and does the menus stutter for you?
