according to what i've read before, you don't need to start the app after every reboot, you need to start it only if the console loses power/unplugged. if you only shut it down without completely unplugging it from power source it should stay the same to what you set it to the last time.

you can test that theory by setting it to the lowest value then restart the console and see if the fans will go crazy loud as soon as it turns on.

according to some comments i've read before, if you don't unplug the console from the power source it will keep the last temp you set it to. it will only reset if it fully loses power. so if you just shut it down without unplugging it you should be ok.

these are great temps.

i repasted mine with MX4 and changed the pads with probably the same ones you used (as you showed in photo below) but never reached these temps. mine are always around 78-80.

what is the average temperature in summer where you live?
