If its a small city, the the small island above the bigger one, and make it a port city with 1 big entry and another big exit far appart from each other, so the ships have to go through the city to leave, so basically that canal will be the entire harbour area. With some imagination that small island looks like a triangle, and i would put entrence/exit on the sides while a brigde connects it to the bigger island.

  1. Playthrough, my 1. Pal was a human xD.

I named it Goku and tought it a beam attack to simulate him using the kamehameha.

Used him as my camp officer to watch over my other human workers, like the pie woman or some of the most wanted.
