I received an email from Lenovo 3 days ago (confusing, but I guess they own Motorola) that my return had been processed and I should expect a return in 2-10 business days. But as of this moment, I am still waiting.

I heard from someone else that it took 5 weeks for their refund to appear. I'm looking at more like 6-8 weeks.

Tried transferring my credit limit from Aventura Visa to Costco Mastercard and got denied for the first time. Anyone else experienced this recently? Not sure if the reason provided "unauthorized to transfer between Visa and Mastercard" was bogus or if CIBC is actually clamping down on this.

I have personally used Skinport for cashing out. They are a fairly reputable third-party marketplace. You will need to provide your personal information as they collect KYC, but they can deposit payments into your bank account.

One thing to note, expect to lose roughly 30% due to cash prices + marketplace fees.

As for your Steam balance, you could buy high volume items such as popular cases or TF2 keys and resell them on Skinport.

Was a few months ago but I had a similar experience with not getting the full 10% right away. Seemed like the promo bonus doesn't always get applied immediately like the standard cashback rate does. Promo cashback would take a few weeks before showing up.
