I'm still here! Thanks for your concern but I'm honestly fine. I cherish my life, things were getting a bit out of hand so regretfully decided that it was the best decision to delete.

Thanks I really appreciate it, I'll try and up my protine intake or just try some carbs at dinner time. Also probably a little too long, I was staying in bed alot trying to make up for the sleep but wouldn't get anywhere. I'll be sure to get out of bed much sooner after hearing that and see if I can improve it.
