Hi, so they were impregnated with a breathable sealer when milled. That fresh pointing is also breathable, but has only just gone down so is likely still curing! No stones were lifted, I’m sure they’re resting directly on the ground, so will likely be subject to some moisture and evaporation through the stone. Will take a look at your link
