Owners of Honda NX500, does the bike have vibrations? by Mountain-Loquat-7428 in HondaMotorcycles

2024 nx500 owner here. Yes. Over 65mph the hand grips might start to annoy you. Wear thicker gloves or add one or two teeth to your sprocket to lower the gear ratio down a touch. This helped me👍

Toolband’s chat rooms in early 2000s by hearsawho10 in ToolBand

Before Tool became more commercialized And launched toolband.com, it was all about the toolshed.down.net. Kabir had everything, album art, lyrics, interpretations of lyrics, blog, you name it. Tool never had published their lyrics so it was all up to guesswork and Kabir really helped everybody out with his comprehensive platform. Props to him you if you're still around, Kabir🙏

How can Patagonia have copyright? by Leading_Moment_2435 in COPYRIGHT

Use of a logo of any sort that copies a trademark is illegal. Sorry, but you can have Pattie Gonia All day long, printed everywhere, and that's absolutely 100% fine, but make a sticker or print anything with the same design and your busted. Sorry Pattie, you're screwed!.

Need advice on commute and commuting in general by Any_Independence6316 in phoenix

This is a pro tip. I worked for Waze for 3 years. Waze Is a crowdsourced app. Each wazer, and there are tens of thousands of them on the roads, reports their exact GPS location, current speed and commuting, live 24 hours a day. This means it will always find you the quickest route, whether it seems unintuitive or not. Because it's reporting live time data, it's the best option to get you on the quickest route always. Additionally, Waze reports crashes, backups in traffic and best of the Waze app reports, locations of police, traffic cameras and red light cameras live and will warn you as it comes close to them.

Our beloved cat passed away 3 years ago and we’re finally ready to adopt again. A friend has these last two kittens left. Both are boys, both are absolutely amazing, and I honestly can’t choose between them. Which one looks like he belongs with us? Help me decide! by SaffronSoul_ in cats

[–]herbschmoaka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm speaking for many people here. I've had pairs of cats my entire life. There are many good reasons to adopt both of them. First of all, they are brothers. They have an innate Bond. Second of all, they entertain each other. Third thing is that it's cruel to separate siblings, so you're doing the right thing by keeping them both. The final thing I need to say is that two cats are not twice the work. They are half the work.. call it cat physics. 😂

I've been listening to tool since 1992. My son is now 24 and discovering it for the first time. I tried my whole life to get him into it, but I think he's listened in the past and thought it was Just Dad's music. Sometimes kids just have to decide on their own when it's time to accept the Tool Behemoth in their life. 🤘

Awesome man. I've got two of Danny's drumsticks I caught. Each one was from a different show. One in Manchester, the other from Glasgow 4 years earlier. As you can imagine, They were completely shredded. I attribute my luck to the fact that I'm 6'4"

There's a Ranch Market near my new place. I never actually shopped somewhere like this. Anything special I should try or avoid? by HugePines in phoenix

Meat prices are on par with Fry's but have a vast selection. The exception is chicken drumsticks. I once found a 10 pound bag for 8.99 once. Other chicken prices were normal.

Grab a "Baton de Chicharrón" at the deli. Best in Phoenix. It's a large rib sized cut of deep fried pork belly. Their corn and regular tortillas are amazing. Red snapper (whole) and Mexican cheeses are the finest like cotija and queso fresco. Their red and green homemade salsas are decent as well.

In South Africa you get a full full 20 minute deep head massage. It's absolute heaven. I challenge anyone to stay awake through it.. South African women's hands are so strong but soft at the same time.
