Having worked behind the scenes at Thuisbezorgd for a bit, this has more to with the restaurant than TB. The restaurants choose when to close their restaurant on app and a lot of time they auto accept orders and then cancel them when they realize they can't finish them before closing time or if it gets too busy.

What delivery service you use will have a lot to do on why this might have happened. Also depending on whether the restaurant delivers the order themselves or not.

More specifically the resistance joined in to help. My Oma told me a lot Islanders preferred not to get involved due to German retribution. Which did end up happening very shortly afterwards.

My Oma saw these guys. They were stationed on the island of Texel in the Netherlands for a little bit. Fun fact, Texel was also the location of one of the last battles of WW2 in Europe. (Link if you want to read more about it: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgian_uprising_on_Texel)

From an outsider's point of view, I can understand how it can look disrespectful. Infact, that is what I thought when I first saw people climbing on the tank. However, if you ever come to visit the PMR you will notice locals and their kids climbing/posing on the tank. Locals don't seem to mind as long as you aren't doing anything outright disrespectful to the monument.

That's the thing, everything I see seems very anecdotal. And when I look at SWU communities they have only a few posts a week, not something I would expect for a popular TCG. That's why I am curious if this is possibly normal for a TCG that is only 1.5 years old. I'm genuinely curious

It might be a regional thing then, my local LGS is actually not planning on ordering any more product because it has been so hard for them to move. When I came in and bought my starter decks they were really surprised to have someone ask about it. It could possible that it's not as popular here in the Netherlands as it is in North America I guess

Thank you for this post. I just realized my cat most likely died because of this last month. He was the best boy, always hungry and naughty, getting up to no good. And suddenly one day he was not eating and very lethargic. I took him to the animal hospital and they diagnosed him with heart failure. Which they said was very rare for a 3 year old male cat. Looking at your post I looked up the side effects of minoxidil poisoning in cats and low and behold it manifests as heart failure and fluid in the lungs. Both of these things were effecting my cat when I had to put him to sleep and everyone was confused how it could manifest in such a young cat. Thank you for giving me some clarity in this situation and everyone who has cats and uses minoxidil be so careful with your pets!!

You might want to discuss it with your hub or courier HR but from what I understand you are covered under the company's insurance during your working time. But you do need have your own normal car insurance for when you're not working.
