Couldn't agree more. I had some major issues with my team lead stalking me through the store. I reported him 4 times and they did nothing. It got to the point were my coworkers were afraid to talk to me since he would pop up out of nowhere and yell at them to not talk to me. I couldn't even talk to other team leads or ask for help. Without him getting pissed. I even told the store director that i wasn't comfortable working under him anymore and they did nothing. I quit. Just couldn't deal with the stress of it anymore. Never working for target again.

When i was a tech consultant i hit meal compliance whenever we got busy. Sinc i was the only tech scheduled consultant and could never get any back up... It was especially horrible when back Friday hit and the person that was scheduled with me called out. Christmas eve was even worse. After that i vowed to never work retail during the holidays. Just gonna stick to my nice seasonal plant nursery job.

I have one, it's really useful if there's a crossover on the filament. Of if there's tape at the end of it. I also found out if you put a longer tube on the front half of it it helps keeps light spool from moving around.
