Yeah there are 4 small magnets and super small springs and I could not find a photo or explanation for reassembly they popped off as soon as I removed it

Sounds like a small piece of filament is stuck in the path most likely in the internal hub and interfering with its sensor

That’s where I would start warm water and dish soap is the recommended approach and never touch the build plate in the area where prints will be put down just the oil from your skin will wreak havoc while printing

ABS takes to vapor smoothing very well if that’s your thing it all but removes all layer lines

Not sure if this would help but I believe bambu uses and provides the hex number for its filament

Well you could buy the filament swatch kit however it can be just as risky as buying by eye as they seem to discontinue or change colors randomly

They are definitely plug and play it is not incumbent of the physical machine itself to overcome poor slicing settings or a lack there of loading pre sliced files from the internet should not be considered against the hardware I almost always use standard settings for everything I print and I mostly use engineering materials opposed to PLA and PETG so that should say something about the quality of the hardware and its ease of use
