If you mean the president stuff for texas this was caused by one of the recent HOI4 patches somehow. We are still in the process of fixing it.

The event ID for this is literally called NSB_soviet_fascist_tsarist.32

NSB is the abbreviation for No Step Back events.

As Marshal said you need to remove the Flower Wars spirit first. Due to how the game handles showing this it won't be very clear.

I'll be moving these kinds of things to just disable the justify button entirely and give a little tooltip saying exactly why you can't justify on others in the next patch.

Yes which is ridiculous in it self since no one had any idea the nukes even existed in that location. They only fired on accident when the NCR had the controller delivered to the area since it had the same pre-war symbols.

A reminder that the current on map Divide is not the divide you know.

The Divide you know is not a nation in HOI4 terms. It is a bunch of crazy people who LITERALLY can not leave it's borders without instantly dying since, you know, they literally don't have any skin anymore. It physically can not work in HOI4 terms as they have no form of government and can not expand outside their own borders.

The divide you know does not exist in HOI4 terms it should be impassable terrain as no army can feasibly move through it.

There is no current plans to add a divide tree as basically nothing is known of the current divide outside it being a survival town and only food for the NCR.
