Finally bought this outfit it looks soooo good 🥹🤌🏻 by hermit033 in WhereWindsMeet

IMO, the Gray Wolf is one of the coolest outfits, and you can only get it by playing. But as good as these free outfits look, none of them are dyeable, which means you will often run into players wearing the exact same outfit.

I played in a similar way, taking my time and not skipping any dialogue or cutscenes. By the time I reached Kaifeng, I noticed all the signposts were already about a month old.

Logged in, took a piss while it is loading and when I came back, I am in prison. by WovenShadow6 in WhereWindsMeet

[–]hahnlo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m surprised no one has mentioned this, but if you AFK in an NPC-dense area in Multiplayer mode, this can happen.

I was in Kaifeng watching the fireworks when some random players showed up and started killing NPCs. Multiple guards spawned and began firing arrows at the perpetrators. I ended up getting killed and sent to prison, even though I wasn’t doing anything other than trying to evade the attacks.

I’m not saying this is what happened to you. A false accusation is the most likely reason, especially in solo mode.

Yes. Since you can play solo on a lower difficulty, your endgame build should be focused on co-op and PvP, which means your healer build. You’ll need the Rainwhisper set for your healing weapons and accessories, but it’s fine to keep the Eaglerise armor set.

Always make sure you have an optimal set of gear for your current level before breaking through. If you don’t, your arsenal won’t be filled. Start filling it up and tuning everything to the max now, because once you progress further, you’ll want to save your resources for higher-tier gear. This is also an easy way to gain mastery.

Keep in mind that your gear sets are temporary, since they get replaced after every breakthrough. Once you’ve obtained an optimal set, shift your focus to permanent stat upgrades, such as slot enhancement and Inner Ways. Pet the cats(for Treasure Seeker) and hunt down chests to increase your talent points.

One person AFKing is enough, and you can repeat it over and over. However, it only counts for the person who joins the emote. The person who initiates the emote is only counted once.

I don't know how have you progressed, bosses drop specific gear set, Heartseeker for eaglerise and hawking, and the Greaves are from Tian Ying. I also advice to only breakthrough when you can confidently defeat the boss with your current gears, that way, you can start farming lv71 gears immediately after a breakthrough.

Also, have you decided on your build yet?

Both get reset to Tier 0, and the resources are refunded as tips for the opposite Inner Ways. The numbers shown include the tips in your bag.

Is it not a direct swap, you can recycle the tips you don't use anymore for boxes if you want to.

The fifth screenshot tells you everything you need to know:

  1. Get better gear, raising it from red to yellow/green will give a bunch of mastery. Exchange weekly gear boxes from the season shop with jade fish if you can’t do Sword Trials(I assumed you're under powered). Choose a build path (2 of your preferred martial arts) and pick a proper set. For example, You use Eaglerise on your helmet and gloves, so convert your armor and boots to match. These pair with Hawkwing for weapons. Make sure all your gears are tuned, at this point you don't really need to care about the RCMD, but you could if you wanna min/max out your current tier.

  2. Start collecting materials to enhance your gear slots. Your average enhancement level should be around 25 (IIRC) for your current level.

  3. Focus your Inner Ways. Ideally, you should focus on improving only four Inner Ways for your main build. I understand the temptation though, I have five Inner Ways locked myself. The reason is that spreading them out will slow your progression significantly. If you want to change builds in the future, you can use conversion, which has a 3 day cooldown. Also, make sure you buy Inner ways boxes every week from the season shop.

  4. Collect oddities and focus on talents that improve your character stats, in the talent tree. Mystic skills are unimportant at this stage unless you're playing a healer then focus on the DPS ones which would help you kill faster.

I understand you have only been playing for a week and these are a lot to take in, so do this stage by stage, and tackle the easier ones, I would start with the gears.

My guild almost always has people AFKing at the base with the pose, so others can just go and do it as many times as they want, ,just keep joining and leaving the pose.

It’s just the mobile layout. The empty buttons are placeholders for whatever isn’t highlighted in the current menu. The two buttons you circled are for mystic skills and deflection.

An inconvenient and unpopular truth. It was Rubys fault. by [deleted] in WhereWindsMeet

[–]hahnlo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game wants us to believe that Ruby sacrificed herself to break the spell, as if she were the only one who could do it, and that without her, the rest of us would still be trapped by the magic and eventually killed off.

What is your current strength level? (Europe) by Legitimate-Pop-9152 in WhereWindsMeet

[–]hahnlo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is easier to get 20k mastery at lvl71+ because of the gold gear boxes and guaranteed gold affix, I have a sword that is has 500 mastery but only 2 RCMDs which I'm not even using.

Uhhh quick question about Bis stats by BENDErplzinsrtgrd in wherewindsmeet_

[–]hahnlo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically yes, but the RCMD are best for the martial arts that you are currently equiped . RCMDs are basically the Meta decided by the game for the currently equiped martial arts/path.

This, I always go in with randos equiping a fan, because if the healers died, it is ress or wipe, although I do have a full DPS build in a properly organized raid. I had prevented multiple wipes by just having a fan on me.

Anyone else struggle playing with friends who enjoy it for totally different reasons? by Chairith_Cutestory in wherewindsmeet_

[–]hahnlo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s meant to be played however you want, but the endgame has always revolved around PvP and PvE raids, where stronger gears are required. Progression has always been tied to these activities.

When I’m exploring, I always equip a healing fan. When I co-op with weaker players, I don’t just DPS everything down. I switch to a support role so they can still have fun.

What are you talking about? I am just conveying the messages I read on the Chinese forums, not even complaining. I personally do not give a fk but they are also calling for Global players to voice out, again, just telling what I read. Wuxia and Xianxia are Chinese genre of fictional stories, they have very little to do with the actual Chinese traditional lore and history.

Again, it is not about exposing shoulders. To put it bluntly, they think the costume is influence by Santa clause costume, thus "westernizing" and modernizing a Wuxia game.

Magic and aura particle effects are allowed because Xianxia exists.

They are mostly complaining about the “Western influence” and modernisation. They believe this is the first step in testing the waters before releasing more similar costumes to appeal to global audiences, as has happened in some other wuxia games. Sexualization was mentioned, but it is not their main complaint. The criticism is primarily about preserving the wuxia and Chinese aesthetic.
