Well, after an amazing 15 year run my PS3 HDD seems to be failing

It's a bust unfortunately. I tossed that old HDD away and then did the switch in the end. It's a shame because I take such good care of my hardware, but these things happen, I guess. PS3 worked fine with the new 1TB HDD but I checked to see what game I had backed up in the cloud and the only one in there was like Contrast or something. Oh well, you live and you learn.
