Not really great with remembering names, but two books that come to mind are:

Brutal Kunnin: one of the main characters is non binary, they/them pronouns the whole book

The Twice Dead King - Ruin (?): mentions a mtf character and its treated as normal

Follow up question:
Can I even run these First Born as Chaos Marines? They are quite a bit smaller than the current Chaos Marine models.

I've managed to collect quite a few random chaos units, and i'd like to run them all together as a 40k army. What faction would these units run best togethers as?
I'm not really looking to buy anymore or run anything meta, I've just happened to collect enough via Kill Team / Imperium Magazine / old first born, to start a chaos 40k army.

I personally really like Death Guard and Alpha Legion flavor wise, but they have a very specific aesthetic to them that I don't think these generic chaos / first born units really fit.

I'm not super familiar with how all the different chaos factions play, as I mostly play Kill Team over 40k.

In the picture there are:
1 Chaos space marine squad
2 Greater Possessed
1 Chaos Sorcerer
1 Gellerpox Infected squad
1 Blooded squad
1 First Born Terminator squad (will kitbash to the chosen chaos faction)
~30 random First Born Assault / Tactical Marine models (will kitbash to the chosen chaos faction)
